Associate Professor of Law at the University of Exeter, where she is Director of the LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology, and Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po Paris (France). She holds a PhD in Economic Law and Political Economy from the University of São Paulo and a Master’s in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. She was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and at the Digital Speech Lab, UCL. She has served as a specialist consultant on competition and digital markets for Brazil’s Ministry of Finance, and currently works as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), focusing on the analysis of abuse of dominance.
