Director of Technology at the Democracy in Check Institute (DX), Secretary of the National Association for Disinformation Studies (ANEDe), and researcher at CCI/CEBRAP, the National Institute of Science and Technology for Digital Democracy (INCT.DD), and the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (ibict). He holds a postdoctoral degree focused on Internet and Politics from INCT.DD and a PhD in Communication from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with a doctoral research period at the University of Leeds (United Kingdom). He is affiliated with the International Panel on the Information Environment (IPIE), a member of the Partnership for Countering Influence Operations Researchers Guild (PCIO) at the Carnegie Endowment, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Accelerator at Princeton University.
