He is a Lecturer at Kampala International Unversity (KIU) where he teaches and supervises postgraduate and undergraduate students. He is also te Legal Officer at the Law Development Centre (LDC) where he participate in developing and carrying out research on the proposals for law reform, and drafts advice and legal opinions to Parliament among other activities. He has worked as the Legal Project Officer for the Collaboration on International ICT Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA) where he lead the analysis of existing and proposed laws that would impact freedom of expression, privacy, and access to information, and also identified and coordinated strategic litigation opportunities in the areas of freedom of expression, privacy, and access to information.
