Lawyer, graduated in Law from UFRJ, post-graduated in Intellectual Property from PUC-Rio, Master and PhD in Law from UERJ. He is the author of the book Personal Data Protection in Business Activity: risk management and data protection impact report (Lumen Juris, 2019). He was co-chair of KnowledgeNet at IAPP, Rio de Janeiro chapter (2019-2020). He is a professor at Escola Superior de Direito (ESA São Paulo) and a partner at Dannemann Siemsen.
