Daniel T. Stivelberg is a privacy and data protection lawyer at Nubank, the fifth-largest financial institution in Latin America by number of clients. He is part of the company’s DPO team, focusing on privacy risk management, responsible use of artificial intelligence, and public policies for regulating digital environments. Stivelberg is coordinator of the Data Governance and Regulation group at Zetta, an entity representing some of the most innovative digital financial services platforms in Brazil. He holds a master’s degree in constitutional law from IDP, the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development, and Research in Brasília, a specialist in international relations from UnB; and is a former Data Privacy Br Alumni.
