He works in litigation and consulting related to the technology market, with recognized expertise in topics of privacy, data protection and civil liability for internet platforms. Acting before the STF in appeals with general repercussions and public hearings on relevant technology and related topics, as well as before regulatory bodies and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. In more than 20 years of experience, he has accumulated experience with large international and national technology companies, enabling a multidisciplinary and broad view of the segment.
