Doctor in Public Administration from UnB, Master in Economics from PUCSP and Bachelor in Economic History from USP. He is currently a researcher in public health at the Institute of Communication and Scientific and Technological Information in Health of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Icict/Fiocruz), Coordinator of the Data Science Platform applied to Health (PCDaS), visiting researcher at the National Scientific Computing Laboratory (LNCC), Young Scientist of Our State (JCNE/FAPERJ) and researcher at the Center for Advanced Studies in Government and Public Administration (CEAG/UnB).
