Holds postgraduate degrees in Law and Technology in Data Protection and in Public Law. Served as a Data Protection Officer and as a member of the Innovation and Strategic Governance Lab at the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Ceará (PGE-CE). Was a Technological Innovation Fellow at the Innovation and Data Lab of the Government of the State of Ceará.
