Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). He works in litigation and advisory services related to the technology market, with recognized expertise in issues of privacy, data protection and civil liability of internet platforms. He has acted before the STF in appeals with general repercussions and public hearings on relevant topics about technology and related issues, as well as before regulatory bodies and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. In over 20 years of practice, he has accumulated experience with large international and national technology companies, enabling a multidisciplinary and broad vision of the segment.
