Legal and political consultant with experience in overseeing sensitive areas of government, such as intelligence, security, and the penal system. A lawyer with a master’s degree in public administration, he currently serves as chief coordinator for a legislative caucus in the Rio Grande do Sul State Assembly (ALRS) and as director of Legiscraft, a legislative innovation lab. He has been responsible for policy initiatives such as the regulation of body camera use and the creation of an oversight system for intelligence activities.
