Executive Director of the InternetBolivia Foundation and Secretary of the AlSur consortium, which brings together 11 organizations working collectively to defend digital rights in the region. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Digital Democracy Initiative and of the AI Working Group at the Global Network Initiative. Previously, he was Program Director at the Argentine organization Asuntos del Sur, where he led projects on public innovation and digital security for activists, as well as Senior Fellow for Digital Integrity at the Open Tech Fund. He has worked as an international consultant for the World Bank, UNDP, OAS, among other international organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Bristol (UK).
