Deputy Data Protection Officer at Nubank, working on Digital Affairs issues with a focus on privacy risk management, artificial intelligence and digital public policies. He is the leader of the data and AI governance and regulation group at Zetta, an association that brings together the most dynamic and innovative digital financial services platforms in Latin America. Daniel holds a master’s degree from IDP, where he is also a volunteer researcher at CEDIS and is a member of the ITS-Rio AI Expert Council.
