PhD in Political Science from UFRGS. Currently works as Head of Privacy Policies at Meta in Brazil. Before Meta, he worked as Senior Public Policy Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Internet Society (2019-2021) and was an Advisor to the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (2014-2019).
