Lawyer graduated from PUCP, specializing in digital constitutionalism. He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Law and Cybersecurity. He is currently Executive Director of Hiperderecho, a Peruvian organization dedicated to defending human rights in digital environments. His work focuses on digital constitutionalism, privacy and data protection, freedom of expression, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence governance, and digital public policy. He has experience in research, advocacy, strategic litigation, and civil society project management at both the national and international levels.
