He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Catholic University and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University. He is currently President of the National School of Public Administration – Enap, foundation linked to the Ministry of Economy. He was a researcher at the Cato Institute and atlas network in Washington, and professor of political science at Ibmec in Belo Horizonte. His articles have appeared in several publications, such as Forbes, Newsweek, and The Wall Street Journal.
