She holds a bachelor’s degree (2004) and a master’s degree in Human Rights (2010) in Law from the University of São Paulo, as well as a specialization in Digital Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence from IDP (2026). She has been a public defender at the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo since November 2012, where she is a member of the Specialized Consumer Defense Unit, having served as its coordinator from August 2018 to July 2026. She was an attorney at Idec – Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection (2007–2010) and a full member of Anatel’s Committee for the Defense of Users of Telecommunications Services (2009–2011). She was a researcher at GVLaw (2007–2009). She served as General Coordinator of the National Program for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders at the Secretariat for Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic (2006–2007).
