Graduated in Law with a specialization in Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services from the University of Brasília. He has worked at Anatel since 2005, where he worked in the regulation of services; in the Technical Advisory Office of the Specialized Federal Attorney’s Office; and in the advisory office of the Superintendence of Consumer Relations. He coordinated the Implementation Group of the Telecommunications Consumer Rights Regulation and was responsible for the responsive inspection pilot. Since 2021, he has been the General Coordinator of Inspection at the National Data Protection Authority.
