Fernanda Campagnucci is the Executive Director of InternetLab. Previously, she served as Executive Director of Open Knowledge Brasil (2019–2024) and worked as a public manager at the São Paulo City Hall (2013–2019), leading award-winning initiatives in transparency, data governance, and digital government. A journalist trained at the University of São Paulo (USP), Fernanda holds a Master’s degree in Education from the same institution and a PhD in Public Administration and Government from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV). She also specialized in Transparency and Accountability at the University of Chile (2014) and, in 2024, conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Münster, Germany, on smart cities and digital political participation. Throughout her career, she has been involved in institutional spaces such as the Transparency Commission of the Superior Electoral Court of Brazil and the Transparency, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption Council of the Office of the Comptroller General. Additionally, she has participated in global networks, serving as an Open Government Fellow at the Organization of American States (2015), Open Data Leader at the Open Data Institute (2016), and Government Fellow at the Digital Governance Operational Unit of the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV, 2018).
