Fernanda K. Martins is the Director of Advocacy and Strategy at Fundación Multitudes (Chile), where she leads initiatives on digital governance, artificial intelligence, and democracy in Latin America. She is currently a Vital Voices fellow and was previously a fellow at the Apolitical Foundation (now Better Politics). She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and has extensive experience in research, advocacy, and international engagement. She participated in the W7 and T20 and works with alliances such as the Global South Alliance. She was Director of Research and Development at InternetLab. Her work brings together gender, race, technology, and social justice from a feminist and South–South perspective.
