Lawyer and law professor at IDP, focusing on regulation and digital policy. Holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). Co-founder of InternetLab. Was a visiting researcher at the Center for the Study of Law and Society at the University of California — Berkeley (2013) and a member of the Electoral Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association — São Paulo Section (2019–2020).
