Bachelor of Law, Master of Public Administration, federal public servant, professor and researcher with activities marked by the promotion of public innovation, strategic management, network coordination, regulatory development and public policies on the internet, culture, technology and social participation. As a member of the Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management career at the Ministry of Economy, he worked in bodies such as the Presidency of the Republic, Ministry of Justice and National School of Public Administration – ENAP in the implementation of technology, innovation and social participation policies, such as the collaborative construction of the Civil landmark of the internet. He is co-author of the work “Public Innovation Laboratories: How and Why to Create Them” (Enap, 2023) and a participating author in the collective work “Artificial Intelligence: Society, Economy, and State” (Thomson Reuters, 2021), among others.
