Haydée Svab holds a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and Planning (Poli-USP) and is a specialist in Participatory Democracy, Republics and Social Movements (UFMG). She is currently the executive director of Open Knowledge Brasil and is a co-founder of the company ASK-AR, where she has led research and consulting projects on topics such as urban mobility, smart cities, digital government and citizen participation. She has worked as a consultant for several organizations such as the World Bank, IDB, Frente Nacional de Prefeitos e Prefeitas, IDEC, Conectas Direitos Humanos, Greenpeace, ITS, Instituto AzMina, among others.
