Helena Secaf is Head of Research at InternetLab, where she explores the intersection of law, technology, and society, focusing on data privacy, data protection, surveillance, and digital rights. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Law and Development from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP).
