Raised in Baixada Fluminense, she holds a master’s degree in social sciences from UFRRJ and a PhD in sociology from UFRJ. She works in the fields of violence, public safety and data production. She is a researcher at the Fogo Cruzado Institute and the FGV Rio Law School.
