Secretary of Digital Policies of the Social Communication Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic. PhD in Political Science (USP), master’s in Communication Regulation and Policies (LSE-United Kingdom), and graduate in Social Communication (USP). He was Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture (2015–2016) and special advisor to the Municipal Secretariat of Culture of São Paulo (2013 and 2014). He worked for fifteen years in civil society organizations and as a consultant for international organizations such as UNESCO.
