He is a permanent federal civil servant in the career of Federal Auditor of Finance and Control at the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), specializing in access to information, privacy, and personal data protection. Within the CGU, he has held positions such as Deputy Head of Division in the Data Protection Division of the Directorate of Access to Information Appeals and Citizen Services at the Office of the Ombudsman-General, General Coordinator of Access to Information Appeals, and Acting Director of Access to Information Appeals, both within the National Secretariat for Access to Information.

He currently serves as Inspection Coordinator in the General Coordination for Supervision at the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC/GO) and a master’s degree in European and International Law, specializing in Digital Law, from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels – VUB).
