He serves at the Superintendency of Enforcement of the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency (ANPD) as General Coordinator of Enforcement, leading enforcement proceedings, coordinating technical teams, and developing preventive measures aimed at promoting compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the Digital Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA Digital), and the regulations governing the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet) and the protection of women in the digital environment.

Previously, at the Office of the Comptroller General of Brazil (CGU), he coordinated teams responsible for reviewing appeals under the Access to Information Law (LAI), advised senior management on strategic decision-making processes, and provided technical support to the institution’s Data Protection Officer, building extensive experience in public transparency, access to information, and personal data protection.

He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC/GO) and a master’s degree in European and International Law, specializing in Digital Law, from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels – VUB).
