Master’s degree in Urban Management from PUC-PR, with research focused on urban technopolitics, and a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law and Criminology from ICPC. She is a specialist with Idec (Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection), working within its Telecommunications and Digital Rights Program.
