She holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and an MBA in Tax Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has more than 14 years of experience in administration, finance, and operations, having worked in engineering firms, startups, nonprofit organizations, and social impact businesses. She is a lecturer at Fundação Getulio Vargas, teaching Financial Mathematics, Corporate Finance, and Accounting in MBA programs. As an independent consultant, she has supported impact-driven organizations with strategic planning, financial and operational management, financial modeling, and investment readiness.
