PhD in Communication and Culture Policies from the Faculty of Communication of UnB, Master in Public Law and graduated in Law from UERJ. Certified as a personal data protection specialist (Europe) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/E). Scholarship holder of the international program of Waseda University in Tokyo between 2001 and 2002, with Academic Distinction. Professor of the permanent body of the Professional Master in Law, IDP-Brasília and invited teacher in several higher education institutions, in topics related to digital law, technology and the protection of personal data. She has been a public servant since 2007, a member of anatel’s career of Specialist in Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services.
