Bachelor of Laws and master’s student in Law and Innovation from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, developing research at the intersection between political economy and data protection. Member of the Center for Advanced Studies in Person, Innovation, and Law (NEAPID). He has been a researcher at Data Privacy Brasil Research Association since June 2021.
