Orlando Silva is a Federal Deputy for the State of São Paulo. In addition to authoring the laws that define Luís Gama as Patron of the Abolition of Slavery, and the one that inscribes him in the pantheon of national heroes, Orlando was rapporteur of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
