Federal Auditor of Finance and Control, and currently holds the position of Advisor to the Directorate of Data Infrastructure of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services of the Federal Government. He was Director of Open Government and Transparency at the Office of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU). He has a degree in communications, with a specialization in Corporate Strategy, and a master’s degree in Public Governance and Innovation. Otávio received the Espírito Público Award in the digital government category, in addition to the Conip and Enap innovation awards.
