Pablo Bello is a Chilean economist and Special Advisor for Economic Policy and Digital Markets at the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance. Pablo is a senior specialist in information and communication technology public policies, with extensive experience in both the government and private sectors. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the Chatham House Journal of Cyber ​​Policy. Pablo holds a degree in economics from the University of Chile and an MBA from ESADE in Spain.
