He holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). His research focuses on personal data protection and profiling. He is the author of the book Profiling under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law: The Free Development of Personality in the Face of Algorithmic Governmentality (Foco, 2022). He is a researcher at the Persona Research Group and Academic Coordinator at Data Privacy Brasil.
