A member of the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Paraná since 2013, where he has served as Deputy Public Defender General, member of the Superior Council, Legal Coordinator, and Coordinator of the Civil Assistance Center of the Capital. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from UFPR and served as an Advisor to an Appellate Judge in a Civil Chamber of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro (TJ/RJ) from 2008 to 2013.
