Elected member of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br). Professor at Insper, PhD in the Humanities and Social Sciences program at the Federal University of ABC, Master in the interdisciplinary program in digital TV at the São Paulo State University (UNESP). He is a researcher and contributed to the creation of the Laboratory of Free Technologies (LABLivre) at the Federal University of ABC. He has over 29 years of experience in the area of ​​information technology and cybersecurity. He is the author of the book Digital Colonialism: Tracking Technologies and the Information Economy. He works with the Digital Collective on projects related to culture and free technologies.
