Lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Economic and Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Served as a Member of the National Data Protection Council of the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency (ANPD), appointed by the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), for the 2020–2022 and 2022–2024 terms. Served as a Federal Council Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (2019–2022), a Member of the National Council of the Public Prosecution Service (2022–2024), Chair of the OAB National Data Protection Committee, and Coordinator of the OAB National Observatory on Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Protection.

He currently serves as a Member of the National Council of Justice (2025–2027), appointed by the Federal Senate. He also serves as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and as a Member of the National Data Protection Council, appointed by the CNJ to serve on the National Data Protection Council of the ANPD (CNPD/ANPD).
