Rodrigo Pacheco is Public Defender-General of the State of Rio de Janeiro and was vice-president of the National Council of  Public Defenders-General (Condege) in 2019-2020. From 2015 to 2018, he was the 2nd Public Assistant Public Defender of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He holds a law degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and is the coordinator and author of the book “Access to Justice in the Age of Technology.”
