General Coordinator of Standardization at the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Public servant in the career of Regulation Specialist – Technological Area – working in the regulation of telecommunications services and the protection of personal data and privacy. Holds a Master’s degree from the University of Brasília (UNB) with a dissertation on regulatory governance in the telecommunications sector. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from ITS Rio/UERJ, with an emphasis on AI governance and regulation. He was a member of Study Group 20 of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – Internet of Things, Communities, and Smart Cities.
