Executive Director, Asociación por los Derechos Civiles (ADC). IT Law specialist, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is a lawyer with experience in litigation, researcher, and lecturer in IT Law, with a special focus on data protection and privacy. She integrates international spaces representing ADC and civil society in general, namely: the Reference Panel of the Global Privacy Assembly, the Civil Society Forum of the Ibero-American Data Protection Network, and maintains active participation in the Civil 20, which is the engagement group representing civil society in the G20.
She is a member of the Steering Committee of CSISAC, which is the global civil society entity acting as a formal observer of the OECD’s Committee on Digital Economy Policy (CDEP), where she co-leads CSISAC´s participation in two working groups: Data Governance and Privacy (DGP) and Artificial Intelligence Governance (AIGO). She has participated as a guest lecturer in postgraduate courses at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Universidad de San Andrés.
