Minister of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU). Graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 45 years old, and has a PhD in law from USP and in comparative law from the Université de Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, where he was a visiting professor. Since 2014, he has been a professor-doctor at USP. He chaired the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) from 2012 to 2016. He was a Yale Greenberg World Fellow in 2016. He also held the positions of Secretary of Economic Law, Advisor to CADE and Chief of Staff of the Special Secretariat for Human Rights.
