Vitor holds a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo. PhD candidate in Law at the University of Brasília. Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lisbon. Chief of Staff at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). He was part of the research program of Brazil’s Mission to the WTO and other economic organizations in Geneva and served as a Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) to the International Competition Network (ICN). He has experience in legal practice.
