Waldemar Gonçalves Ortunho Junior is an electronic engineer, graduated from the Military Institute of Engineering, IME, and Officer of the Brazilian Army, from the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras, AMAN. He holds a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília, UnB. Serves as Chief Executive Officer of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)
