Raquel Gatto is a lawyer and phD in Law from PUC/SP.  She is responsible for the Legal Department of the Information and Coordination Center of .br (NIC.br). Founder and currently Vice-President of the Internet Society in Brazil. He served as Senior Manager of Public Policy at the Internet Society (ISOC). She was a member of the Multisectoral Advisory Committee of the Internet Governance Forum (UN IGF MAG 2017-2019).
