Carolina is director of the Karisma Foundation. Columnist of El Espectador and La Silla Vacía. Lawyer, Master in International Law and Cooperation, and Master in Commercial and Contracting Law. For more than a decade he has been working on the promotion and defense of human rights on the Internet. He sits on the Board of Directors of Creative Commons and CSISAC, the OECD civil society observer group.
