Yuri Corrêa da Luz holds a PhD in Law from USP with a research period at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, in Munich, Germany, and is an adjunct professor at the Law Department at ESPM-SP. He is a public prosecutor at the Federal Public Ministry, with criminal experience in major cases of corruption, financial crimes, and money laundering, and civil experience in matters of regulation of digital platforms, data protection, regulation of media, and defense of human rights and minorities. He is also a researcher at the Law and Democracy Center of the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (NDD-Cebrap).
