Journalist. She is coordinator of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (CGI.br) and Special Advisor to the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation. President of the Board of Directors of the Ponto Br Information and Coordination Center (NIC.br). She has a degree in social communication from Faculdade Cásper Líbero (2003). PhD student in the Communication Sciences Program at the School of Communication and Arts at the University of São Paulo (PPGCOM-ECA-USP). She was a member of the Content and Copyright Chamber of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (CGI.br) between 2022 and 2023. She was a member of the Permanent Communication Committee of the National Human Rights Council between 2015 and 2022. She was coordinator of the Media Studies Center Alternative Barão de Itararé between 2010 and 2023. Member of the Coalition Rights on the Network between 2016 and 2023.
