Executive Director of the InternetBolivia Foundation and Secretary of the AlSur consortium, which brings together 11 organizations working jointly to defend digital rights in the region. He is also a member of the advisory council of the Digital Democracy Initiative and of the Global Network Initiative’s AI working group. Previously, he served as Program Director at the Argentine organization Asuntos del Sur, where he led public innovation and digital security projects for activists, and was a Senior Fellow in Digital Integrity at the Open Tech Fund. He has worked as an international consultant for the World Bank, UNDP, OAS, among other international organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Bristol (United Kingdom).
