Professor of the Professional Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE/FGV), as well as permanent professor at the Rio Branco Institute and the National School of Public Administration. Gaetani worked at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), having held, among others, the positions of responsible for the governance area and general coordinator of UNDP actions in Brazil.
