Samara Castro is Chief of Staff at SECOM of the Presidency of the Republic. She holds a master’s degree in Public and Economic Law from Mackenzie University and is a lawyer specialized in electoral and digital law. She is a member of the National Data Protection Council (CNPD) and the Sectoral Data Protection Officer at SECOM for the Data Protection Plan of the Presidency of the Republic. She is also a consultant for LiA. Samara participated in the G20 Digital Economy Working Group on the Information Integrity track and was awarded at the 23rd Global Leadership Awards by Vital Voices in 2024.
